Barry Farm street and alley deadlines

The law sets phased deadlines to record street and alley changes at Barry Farm. The District Surveyor records each phase after DDOT approves the work. For closures (S.O. 17-26688): Phase 1A no later than December 2028, Phase 1B no later than December 2030, and Phases 2A and 2B no later than December 2034. For dedications and designations (S.O. 17-26689): Phase 1A no later than December 31, 2028; Phase 1B no later than December 31, 2026; and Phases 2A and 2B no later than December 31, 2034. The order of closures and removing building restriction lines depends on meeting all DDOT conditions for that phase. These dates give residents and businesses a clearer timeline for when street changes become official.
