More funding for hospital nurse staffing

The law approves two contract changes to keep nurse staffing at United Medical Center. It raises option year one by $3.2 million, for a total of $5.7 million. It also approves $1.2 million for option year two services from January 3, 2025 through March 31, 2025. The hospital can pay Aya Healthcare for services, including amounts over $1 million, because the Council grants the needed approval. This resolution takes effect immediately.
