More reentry housing for low-income renters

The law approves a 20-year DHCD contract with Jubilee Housing to create 44 reentry supportive units at 1721-1725 Kalorama Road NW. Funding is $1.4 million in FY 2025 and $33.68 million total over 20 years. 18 units are permanently affordable for households at or below 30% of area median income. Jubilee provides rent help and supportive services for those 18 units. The project focuses on housing and services for returning citizens.
