Emergency approval of Mansfield Oil payments

The law approves Modifications Nos. 4, 5, and 6 to Contract CW88823 with Mansfield Oil Company. It authorizes payments for goods and services from November 19, 2024 through June 30, 2025, including amounts over $1 million for that period. Modification No. 4, executed November 22, 2024, set up to $1 million for November 19, 2024 to January 18, 2025. Modification No. 5 extended that period through March 19, 2025 with up to $1 million. Modification No. 6 exercised the rest of option year 3 and raised the contract ceiling by $4.3 million. The Council declares an emergency and makes this approval effective immediately after a single reading.
