DC approves traffic ticket processing contract

The law approves an emergency contract with Modaxo to process traffic tickets for the DC DMV. It authorizes payment for services from January 29, 2025 through May 29, 2025. Payments may total up to $6.0 million (not to exceed $6,002,005.94). It also allows the District to pay Modaxo for work above $1,000,000 during that period. The resolution takes effect immediately to keep these services running.
