The law approves two contract changes with Verizon for District telecom services. It authorizes $983,547.48 for April 29, 2025 to August 29, 2025 (Modification M10). It exercises the rest of option year 3 and adds $1,967,094.96, for a new total of $2,950,642.44, for August 30, 2025 to April 28, 2026 (Modification M11). The Council authorizes payments over $1 million for goods and services from April 29, 2025 to April 28, 2026 so services continue. This resolution takes effect immediately.
