Pay changes for non-union DC police

If enacted, this resolution would approve new salary schedules for non-union, uniformed Metropolitan Police Department officials. It would cover Fiscal Years 2024, 2025, and 2026. The FY2024 change would be retroactive to October 8, 2023. The FY2025 change would be retroactive to October 6, 2024. The FY2026 change would take effect October 5, 2025. The changes would not apply to former officials except as provided by D.C. law (D.C. Official Code § 1-611.06(d)(2)). The resolution would take effect on October 1, 2025.
