District takes control of 11th Street Bridge land

The District of Columbia now has jurisdiction over about 165,294 square feet of land and about 5,653 square feet of air rights. These areas are parts of U.S. Reservations 343-C and 343-D and part of Lot 800 in Square 5600, shown on S.O. 23-03016. The land is for uses tied to the 11th Street Bridge Project. The National Park Service no longer governs these parcels. This change takes effect immediately.
