The law approves a DMV contract with Modaxo to process parking and traffic tickets. It runs from October 16, 2025 through October 15, 2030. Total payments cannot exceed $100,457,950.38 (about $100.5 million). The DMV and the Office of Contracting and Procurement manage the contract, and approval takes effect immediately to lock it in before work starts. People who get tickets may see changes in how tickets are processed.
