The law transfers the long-term subsidy contract for the Ritz Apartments to Jubilee ADMO Apartments LP. It extends the contract for 20 years. The subsidy, funded by the District’s Local Rent Supplement Program, supports 25 affordable units at 1631 Euclid Street NW. Residents in those 25 units continue to get rent help to keep their homes affordable. The resolution takes effect immediately.
