DC approves Carahsoft cloud contract payments

The law approves and authorizes payment under Contract CW114997 with Carahsoft for cloud services that support health care systems. It approves M007 for Oct 1–Nov 30, 2025 for $338,319.16 and M008 for Dec 1–31, 2025, raising the cap to $482,478.74. It also approves proposed M009 and sets a not‑to‑exceed total of $1,909,658.58 (about $1.91 million) for the rest of option year 2. Because total payments in a 12‑month period exceed $1 million, Council approval is required.
