Low-income renters in supportive housing keep services

The District approves and funds case management for the Permanent Supportive Housing III program by Friendship Place. It authorizes up to $862,441.76 for July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. It then adds $1,002,913.34, for a total limit of $1,865,355.10 for option year 3. The law also allows payments over $1 million for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, including services already delivered, so enrolled low-income renters keep getting support.
