DC approves $2.74 million for building services

The Council approves emergency changes M04, M05, and M06 to a DC contract with AAA Complete Building Services. It authorizes payment for goods and services from Oct 1, 2025 to Sep 30, 2026, up to $2.74 million. M04 covers Oct 1–Nov 30, 2025 for $464,458.60. M05 extends to Dec 31, 2025 and raises the cap to $671,687.90. M06 covers the rest through Sep 30, 2026 and sets the cap at $2.74 million. Council approval is required because payments exceed $1 million in a 12‑month period. Without this approval, the contractor cannot be paid over $1 million for that period. The resolution takes effect immediately.
