The law approves three changes to the short-term family housing contract with CORE DC, LLC. The District can pay for services over $1 million from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. The option year one cap rises from $2,068,216.18 to $2,933,973.04, then to $3,799,729.90. One change (M0006) is administrative and does not change the dollar cap. These steps keep short-term family housing services running without interruption.
