Georgia food service establishments serving foreign imported shrimp must clearly disclose it on menus or signs. Menus must label each item containing shrimp with “FOREIGN IMPORTED.” Alternatively, establishments can post signs visible to the public stating “FOREIGN IMPORTED SHRIMP.” Establishments run by a state agency are exempt.
