Bulloch County bond options come with limits

The Bulloch County Public Facilities Authority can approve revenue bonds by resolution to cover some or all eligible project costs. Eligible projects pay their own costs and include facilities and equipment supporting county operations, plus projects allowed under Georgia’s Revenue Bond Law. The authority can also refinance earlier bonds or other debts and set bond terms. These bonds cannot finance projects for the county school district or other local governments within Bulloch County. Repayment must come only from pledged revenues and property, and bonds cannot run longer than 40 years.
