Stone Mountain land protected for Georgians

The Stone Mountain Memorial Association must hold land acquired before January 1, 1971, in trust for Georgia citizens. It can sell or otherwise dispose of that land only when needed for a public road right of way. Land purchases and sales must follow state property transaction rules. Money from land sales must go to the Association for uses allowed by its governing rules.
