Braselton adds two tracts to town limits
The law adds Tracts 1 and 2 to Braselton’s town limits and places them under the town’s jurisdiction. A November 21, 2023 survey identifies the land, recorded November 22 in Jackson County Plat Book 87, page 51. Jackson County Tax Parcels 019 122 and B01 016A are excluded. The law took effect immediately upon approval or becoming law without the Governor’s approval. It does not specify changes to household taxes, services, or costs.
