Conyers expands boundaries and defines land rights

The law brings 11 specified Rockdale County parcels into Conyers, placing their owners, residents, and businesses within city limits. It grants rights to build, maintain, and use a supporting slope across specified properties, including parcels along Highway 138. Those rights benefit adjoining land and bind current and future owners of the affected properties. It also incorporates an existing 1974 sewer easement and describes a separate 0.19-acre parcel, listed as 8,455 square feet.
