Right to get IVF in Georgia

You can get in vitro fertilization (IVF) care in Georgia. The law says no part of Georgia law can be used to block you from getting IVF. It defines IVF in state law. Any state rules that conflict with this right are repealed. The law does not set prices or require insurance coverage.
