Seminole school board elections go nonpartisan

For elections held after August 1, 2025, Seminole County school board races are nonpartisan. Districts 1, 3, and 5 vote in 2026. Districts 2 and 4 vote in 2028. Winners take office on January 1 after the election and serve four-year terms. Current board members finish their terms and may run again. After that, each seat is filled at the nonpartisan general election in the year the term ends.
