The law adds two Coweta County parcels to the City of Newnan. It includes Tax Parcel 087 2027 008 (17.504 acres; Plat Book 94, Page 40) and Tax Parcel 087 2027 011 (4.65 acres). These properties now follow city rules and zoning and may owe city property taxes and fees. City services are available under Newnan’s rules. Recorded covenants and easements on the land still apply.
