New rules for Brooks County development board

The law updates how the Brooks County Development Authority board is picked. County leaders appoint seven members. Two members must live inside the City of Quitman. Five members must live anywhere in Brooks County. Each member serves a four-year term and stays until a successor is appointed. The law also removes an old section of the 1967 act and reserves that spot.
