Listed Gwinnett parcels join Mulberry

Mulberry’s city limits now include certain parcels in Gwinnett County. If your property is one of the tracts listed by deed book and page, or a named county tax parcel ID as of the Addition’s effective date, it is now inside the city. Starting on the law’s effective date, you follow Mulberry ordinances and are subject to any city taxes and fees. City services and permits come through the city. The law does not set new tax rates. Only the listed parcels are affected.
