Henry County chief judge $10,000 stipend

The law allows Henry County to pay the chief superior court judge an extra $10,000 each year. The county pays this from county funds. It is paid in 12 equal monthly payments. This is on top of state pay and any county supplements already paid to judges. It applies only to the chief judge of the Flint Judicial Circuit (Henry County).
