Flexible parking rules for Guam homeless shelters

When approving occupancy, Guam’s Department of Public Works sets minimum parking requirements case by case. This applies only to buildings used exclusively as homeless shelters, even when other laws set different parking rules. The department cannot reduce the minimum parking spaces required by law for people with disabilities. The law does not set a fixed number of spaces.
