Guam voter registration closes 15 days before elections

In Guam, voter registration now closes 15 days before any election. After that, the Guam Election Commission does not accept new affidavits of registration. Registration clerks must be electors. Their term starts on the day they are appointed and ends at midnight 21 days before the next election. The Commission will issue policies and may set different terms for special or non-general elections.
