Four Yigo lots transfer to ancestral commission

The law takes effect upon enactment, starting a 30-day deadline for Guam to transfer and deed four Yigo lots. Lots 7100, 7102, 7103, and 7146 go to the Guam Ancestral Land Use Commission. The Estate of John S.N. Taitano and Rosario F. Taitano claims these lots. The Commission can dispose of the land under its existing legal powers and duties. Roads, easements, and bull cart trails from before condemnation remain easements for public access and utilities. If a provision is ruled invalid, the rest of the law remains in effect.
