Police get land for emergency center

The law transfers Lot 15, Block F, Tract 9 in Barrigada Heights, about 10,000 square meters, from the Chamorro Land Trust Commission to the Guam Police Department. GPD controls the land and can build a Guam Public Safety Communications Center there. Usual land appraisal rules do not apply to this transfer. If GPD does not build the center within 10 years from enactment, the land returns to the Chamorro Land Trust Commission. This change takes effect upon enactment.
