The law repeals the statute that created the Idaho Women's Commission. Beginning July 1, 2026, the Commission no longer exists in state law. Any powers, duties, or programs under the Commission end on that date. People and groups that used its services lose that formal state channel and advocacy. The state may save a small amount on administration. The law creates no replacement agency, funding, or tax changes.
