Access easement for KSS to Senate Island

The law grants KSS Conservation Partners, LLC a non‑exclusive 20‑foot‑wide access easement from Banner Dike Road to Senate Island for $1.00. The easement stays subject to existing public roads, utilities, and all recorded easements or restrictions. DNR and KSS must sign a shared maintenance agreement for the easement land; without it, the easement cannot be recorded. The DNR Director must get a certified copy of this Act within 60 days and record it in Fulton County only after the agreement is signed. If that maintenance agreement later ends, the easement ends automatically and the land reverts to the State (DNR).
