Summary

Condemns the continued unlawful invasion and military occupation of Ukraine by the Russian Federation. Condemns the documented massacres and atrocities committed in Bucha, Irpin, Mariupol, Izium, and other Ukrainian communities. Condemns the forced deportation and kidnapping of Ukrainian children and calls for their immediate return to their families and to Ukraine. Calls upon the Russian Federation to immediately cease all violent military action against the people of Ukraine and to withdraw its forces from Ukrainian territory. Reaffirms support for human rights, democracy, and the sovereignty of nations.
