One new take-home alcohol license at 256 Church

The town of Pembroke can issue one extra take-home alcohol license to South Shore Market and Deli at 256 Church Street. The law takes effect upon passage, and the license must be issued within 3 years. The license cannot move to another address. A new applicant at the same address must file letters from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance showing all taxes, fees, and contributions are paid. If the license ends or is not renewed, it must be returned; the town can reissue it at the same location within 3 years of return, or it dissolves.
