Plymouth fund for parks and open space

The law lets the Town of Plymouth set up a Land Acquisition Fund in the town treasury. Money the town gets under Chapter 61 §7, Chapter 61A §13, and Chapter 61B §8 goes into the Fund. Interest earned stays in the Fund. The town may appropriate this money to buy interests in land for recreation, open space, and other town uses. The law takes effect upon passage.
