New all-alcohol license for Raynham store
Raynham can issue one new all-alcohol retail license to V.B. Gas, Inc. d/b/a Save More Gas and Convenience at 1348 New State Highway (U.S. Route 44). Sales are for take-home only, not for drinking on site. The license follows state alcohol rules and is allowed even if the usual town quota is full. The town must issue it within one year after the law takes effect.
Rules to keep license at same address
The license cannot be moved to a different location. The town may grant it to a new applicant at the same address only with letters from the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance showing good standing and that all taxes, fees, and contributions are paid. If the license ends or is not used, the holder must return it to the town. The town can reissue it at the same site within three years; after that, it dissolves. When the new all-alcohol license is issued, the holder must return its wine-and-malt off-premises license.
