Nora, LLC sewer easement release with payment

The commissioner, in consultation with the water authority, can release part of a sewer easement on Nora, LLC’s property at 49 Charles Park Road in West Roxbury. The released area must match a sketch dated August 24, 2023, and a survey sets the exact boundaries. Nora, LLC must pay the full fair market value, based on an independent appraisal. The Inspector General reviews the appraisal and files a report; both go to House and Senate Ways and Means and the Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight before the release is signed. Nora, LLC also pays related costs, including surveys, appraisals, recording fees, and other expenses set by the commissioner.
