One new all-alcohol store license in Bridgewater

The law lets Bridgewater issue one additional license to sell all alcohol to-go at 233 Broad Street for KOTAK LLC, Pages III Beer and Wine. The town must issue the license within two years of this law’s passage. The license stays at that address and cannot be moved. A new applicant at the same address must file letters from the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance showing the license is in good standing and all taxes, fees, and contributions are paid. If the license ends, is not renewed, or is revoked, it must be returned; the town has three years after return to grant it again at the same address or the license dissolves. When the all‑alcohol license is issued, the licensee must return its current wine‑and‑malt off‑premises license.
