Cataumet Fish can get liquor sales license

Bourne can grant one extra liquor license to Sea State Foods, LLC, doing business as Cataumet Fish. It covers all alcoholic beverages sold for drinking elsewhere, at 1360 Route 28A, Cataumet. The law takes effect upon passage, and the license must first be issued within 1 year. State alcohol rules apply, except section 17 of chapter 138. The license cannot move to another location. A new applicant at the same address must file letters from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and Department of Unemployment Assistance. These letters must confirm the license's good standing and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and contributions. The license must be physically returned to Bourne's licensing authority if it ends, is not renewed, is canceled or revoked, or is no longer used. Bourne can grant the returned license to a new applicant at that address within 3 years, with the same conditions. Otherwise, the license ends permanently. Once first issued within the 1-year deadline, the license can go to later applicants under these rules.
