Sick leave bank for Edward Gillen

The law creates a sick leave bank in the MassDOT Highway Division for Edward Gillen. Co‑workers may voluntarily donate sick, personal, or vacation days to his bank. Donating reduces the donor’s own leave; donors do not get paid for donations. He can use donated days only for the illness or disability that led to the bank, as the Department decides. If he leaves the job or ends the bank, any days left move to the Department’s extended illness leave bank.
