Separate water rate for Taunton manufactured-home parks

Taunton can set a separate, uniform water rate for manufactured housing communities. It only applies where the community gets one bill from a master meter. Homes the city meters one-by-one are not in this rate. The separate rate cannot use a descending unit price (no bulk discount). The law takes effect upon passage.
