Sick leave bank for Jeffrey Yacinthe
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education establishes a sick leave bank for employee Jeffrey Yacinthe. Any Department worker can donate sick, personal, or vacation days to his bank, and donated days come from the donor’s own leave. Days in the bank can be used only for absences tied to the illness or disability that led to the bank, as the Department decides. If he leaves the Department or asks to close the bank, any remaining days move to the Department’s extended illness leave bank. This applies even if other state laws conflict.
