Hanson shifts two parcels to conservation
The law transfers two town land parcels from the board of selectmen to the Hanson Conservation Commission. One parcel is 25.403 acres (assessors’ map 49, parcel 1-1A). The other is 3,922 square feet (assessors’ map 105, parcel 6). The commission manages them for wildlife, recreation, and forestry. The transfer is made under chapter 40, section 3, as consideration for a change in a conservation restriction referenced in section 1. The law takes effect upon passage.
