Sick leave bank for Stephanie Rivera
The Worcester County Sheriff's Office establishes a sick leave bank for Stephanie Rivera. Only Stephanie Rivera can use the days. Co-workers may donate one or more sick, personal, or vacation days. Donations are voluntary and move leave days, not money. The bank can be used only for the illness or disability that led to it. The office decides if an absence qualifies. If she leaves the job or ends the bank, leftover days move to the extended illness leave bank.
