Dighton can use conservation land for bridge

The law lets Dighton move control of 514 square feet at 0 Pleasant Street. It transfers care from the Conservation Commission to the Board of Selectmen. The town can use it for general municipal needs, including replacing the Pleasant Street bridge. It also covers temporary easements shown on the Pleasant Street bridge plan. This applies only to that exact 514-square-foot area and takes effect upon passage.
