Minnesota bars veterans and former armed forces members from state-funded benefits, services, and programs after a federal benefit forfeiture. The ban applies when the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs determines they forfeited benefits under U.S. Code title 38, chapter 61. It is not limited to one state program.
