North Dakota Water Commission meeting and leadership rules

The State Water Commission must meet at least once every two months. The commission sets meeting places by resolution. The governor serves as chairman, and the commission elects a member as vice chairman. The chairman can call a meeting at any time; if the chairman is absent or disabled, the vice chairman can. The governor or the governor’s appointed representative presides; if both are absent or disabled, the vice chairman presides.
