Public Service Commission open meeting rules

The law makes Public Service Commission meetings follow North Dakota's Open Meetings law. A quorum of commissioners at a standing legislative committee does not count as a commission meeting, so open-meeting rules for commission meetings do not apply there. The commission also does not have to post notice at the meeting site when it did not schedule or organize the meeting.
