Minimum $12 pay in senior job program

North Dakota sets a wage floor for people paid by the Senior Community Service Employment Program. The minimum hourly pay is $12.00, or another rate the Health and Human Services Department sets by rule. This applies only to people paid through that program. Pay still depends on the money the Legislature approves.
