North Dakota ends diabetes planning rule
The law repeals the state rule that set diabetes goals and plans. The Health and Human Services Department no longer must create or update a statewide diabetes plan. The act provides no replacement plan, funding, or deadlines. It does not add new benefits or programs for people with diabetes.
