North Dakota Guard medical bill help with limits

If you serve in the North Dakota National Guard on state active duty and are hurt or get sick in the line of duty, the Guard can pay your medical bills. It pays only the part not covered by Workforce Safety and Insurance or your other health insurance. Care must be received while you are on state active duty. Payments follow rules set by the Office of the Adjutant General and depend on available funds. The law takes effect immediately.
